We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our team in Mount St John in Townsville. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting field-based teams, and keeping operations running smoothly.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with field workers and supervisors, providing day-to-day support across a range of operational and administrative tasks. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating travel, handling payroll and timesheet queries, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll queries and process timesheets
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and monitor budgets
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for field staff
  • Maintain office supplies and provide basic IT support
  • Update system records and assist with onboarding
  • Process BYDA requests and organise defect photo reporting

About You

You'll bring:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in supporting field teams and working in operational environments
  • Proficient in procurement systems like SAP and any financial or payroll software
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
