About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Contracts Administrator
to join our Townsville team, working across a diverse portfolio of residential and regional building projects. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a company that values teamwork, integrity, and long-term partnerships.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects — from initial procurement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
  • Manage progress claims, variations, and purchase orders
  • Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with company standards, safety, and compliance requirements

About You:

  • Proven experience as a
    Contracts Administrator
    within the building or construction industry
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
