Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling and allocation of assets to meet project requirements.
  • Manage administration tasks such as timesheets, leave approvals, fleet servicing, and inspection schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards including SWMS, lift studies, PPE requirements, and auditing processes.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, project managers, site crews, and service providers.
  • Engage and oversee staff to ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain high levels of organisation while managing multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years' experience in operations and compliance (12+ years highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling, staff coordination, and administrative processes.
  • Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements within construction/fleet operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, with a track record of managing competing priorities while maintaining compliance.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with compliance and induction platforms such as
    Hammertech, 3DS, CAMMS, Project Simpel, Eyfi, RIW, Damstra, Checkrite, CPS, and Dropbox
    .
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets for scheduling, reporting, and data management.
