Narre Warren North, Victoria, Australia Montague Farms Pty Ltd Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Montague Farms stretches from Legana in Tasmania right up to Batlow in New South Wales, stopping on the way at Narre Warren North, Harcourt, Ardmona, Dilpurra and Mildura. It consists of 1,000 hectares of productive orchards and significant packing operations. Montague Farms produces apples, pears, cherries, plums, peaches, apricots, grapes and citrus.

Role

In this varied role, you'll assist with data entry of orders, purchase order management, liaising with growers and internal teams, and resolving order discrepancies. You'll also support the sales team with reporting, communication and follow-up, helping to keep operations running smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities will include the following:

· Entering orders and allocating stock accurately and on time

· Completing data entry for customer confirmations and retail orders

· Confirming programmed orders, including purchase order completion

· Raising purchase orders for inbound stock and direct deliveries

· Assisting with feedback on rejections, working with Account Coordinators to coordinate corrective actions where necessary

· Managing EDI orders, including pricing discrepancies and ad hoc reporting and requests

To be considered for this role, you will have:

· Proven experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive administrative role.

· A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in fast-paced environments.

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and Intermediate MS Office skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Previous exposure to the FMCG/fresh produce industry

· Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

· A genuine interest in supporting the sales process from start to finish.

· Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.

Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday 7.30am - 4.00pm (Saturday is work from home)

We also have a rotating roster for public holidays which are also WFH.
