About the role

Two exciting opportunities to join the dynamic Harcourts Asap team: we're seeking a Property Manager and a Rental Administrator. In the Property Manager role, you'll manage a portfolio of residential properties across the South East. In the Rental Administrator role, you'll manage the back-end responsibilities for the Property Management team. As key members of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and portfolio performance. You'll be supported by a dedicated Leasing department and an Administration team, which means our Property Managers are office-based full time so they can focus on relationships, compliance, and service.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair work to ensure the properties are well-maintained
  • Handling tenant inquiries, processing applications, and managing the tenant lifecycle
  • Collecting and processing rent payments, and ensuring timely payment of landlord disbursements
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the properties and tenancies
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to optimise the performance of the property portfolio
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 Year of experience in a property management role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the property management industry
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • A valid real estate license or Agents Rep Certificate

Hours:

  • No Weekend Work

  • Monday - Friday (Flexible hours please see below options)

  • 8.00am - 4.30pm

  • 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • 9.00am - 5.30pm
