The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in supporting how Service SA delivers customer-focused services across South Australia.

As the Senior Manager, Operational Services, you'll lead four vital business areas Performance and Analytics, Service Partners, Quality Assurance and Governance, and Government Publishing and Online Services. Your work will help ensure that Service SA continues to deliver efficient, reliable, and high-quality experiences for customers every day.

You'll work closely with the Director and senior leaders across the department, using data, insights, and collaboration to drive performance and continuous improvement. Special Conditions

• A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
• A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
• Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
