The Senior Manager, Asset Services is accountable for leading and delivering the key strategies of the SA Housing Trust's (the Trust's) strategic plan, leading to enhanced housing and economic development outcomes, in particular optimising asset value to drive asset transactions. The role is responsible for reviewing commercial proposals associated with major capital initiatives and divestment programs and providing specialist asset services and advice to the Affordable Homes Program and Community Housing and Partnership program.

Special Conditions

  • Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
  • The successful applicant will be required to hold a current Australian issued Driver's Licence, which must be maintained.

Role Status

Short term contract up to 9 January 2026.

Requirements

Essential - Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline or similar.
