The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and personable Receptionist/Administrator to join our Gold Coast-based Head Office team. In this front-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, supporting the broader business with essential administrative and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and internal team members in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage a busy reception desk and switchboard, handling calls and emails efficiently across 8 venues
- Maintain office and venue supply levels, placing and tracking orders as required
- Assist with marketing, event communications, and general office coordination
- Provide administrative support to our high-performing Head Office team
The Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service across all touchpoints
