**Your day to day**
We are seeking some casual Front Office Agents to join our expanding Front Office team Working in reception, you will be assisting our guests on check in and check out, catering to their queries and requests whilst working closely with all other departments in the hotel to ensure a seamless stay. We want our Front Office Host to have our guests leave with memories better than they could have ever anticipated, and we want to make sure that the Host feels that they've achieved more for themselves and their careers than they could have hoped for.
**What we need from you**:

- You'll have the attitude, behaviour and integrity of a truly special host. - Minimum of one years' experience within the front office or reception team will be highly desired - You'll have the availability to work a rotating roster. - You'll know Opera PMS like the back of your hand. - You'll also either have a great foundation of knowledge regarding the Gold Coast, or be a very quick learner and be willing to explore the Coast and discover the natural beauty that awaits you.
