**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Assisting our marketing team with social media activities, including messages, posts, and updates.
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a warm, friendly reception.
- Preparing coffee and refreshments for meetings.
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
- Performing general office duties as required.
