RE Sales

The Role
We are looking for someone with a positive and confident attitude to be the sales team and office administration support at our Gold Coast office in Surfers Paradise. This is a full-time role working Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30pm. We are a process driven agency with structured operations where this recruit will receive extensive training and support from head office.

The role requires someone with previous real estate experience with exceptional customer service and administration skills. Develop your real estate knowledge and develop your career whilst assisting a growing team within an amazing business brand.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Supporting the Gold Coast team with the day-to-day sales administration tasks such as sales advices, agency agreements, legislation and compliance
• Supporting operational functions of the business and managing troubleshooting for the team
• Handling compliance enquiries by staff - ensuring all required documents are in order to be submitted to our Compliance team at our head office in Sydney
• Input data into our CRM system AgentBox - we want this person to be our "go to specialist" for Agentbox users in that office
• Train new starters on: compliance, programs and procedures (e.g. agent box, marketing processes, ADL training, smartsheet, completing Agency Agreements, agency terms for commercial, buyers agency agreements, vendor reporting.
• Ensuring the boardroom is ready for any appointments booked, and office premises is always tidy
• First point of contact for the Gold Coast office e.g. booking appointments and meetings, strata communication, distributing mail/receiving couriers, and liaising with builders
• Manage and order office stock such as groceries and stationary orders
• As directed by our CFO, manage maintenance and repair issues for the office
• Liaise with our CFO on any office expenses
• Liaise with HR and IT on any operational requirements such as computer systems
• Liaise with the Head of HR on any people requirements
• Be the conduit between the Sydney and Gold Coast offices
• Ability to take and make calls on behalf of the agents
• Input data into the CRM system
• Work on reception, greeting clients, and taking phone calls

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous real estate experience is required
• Qld Real Estate Registration Certificate is required
• Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Welcoming customer service attitude
• Strong confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
• Strong attention to detail & follow up skills
• Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
• The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
• Be presentable in a corporate environment
