About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception / Administration Assistant to join our vibrant team at Strata Influence in Surfers Paradise. This full-time role will see you provide a warm and friendly front-of-house experience, as well as offering broad administration support to our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors to our office in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Providing administrative support across a range of tasks including data entry and filing
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc projects and general office duties as required
  • Contributing to a positive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar reception or administration support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A pleasant and professional demeanour, with a collaborative and proactive approach
