Priestess Café is on the hunt for our next Café Manager

We're looking for a passionate leader who's ready to guide our beautiful Karrinyup team — creating an exceptional café experience while keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Overseeing café operations and leading a high-performing team
  • Monitoring sales and driving store performance
  • Creating and maintaining fortnightly rosters
  • Managing stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control
  • Delivering warm, genuine customer service and a calm, professional atmosphere

This position offers a flexible and consistent roster.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year
