Good Cartel Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and passionate Café Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the stunning seaside location of Broome, Western Australia Depending on experience we offer a competitive salary range between $65,000 to $70,000 per annum

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of food and beverage coordinators, attendants, and customer service staff. You will ensure adherence to company processes and procedures, oversee smooth café operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of quality control.

Responsibility and Duties:

• Support the Café Manager and work closely with other Supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage rosters, stock control, and cash handling as required.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain strong communication and teamwork across all shifts.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and efficient work environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and support a team.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Is customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining standards.
• Has solid organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage operations smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Shows strong attention to detail, particularly in quality control, presentation, and hygiene.
• Is a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to teamwork.
