Are you a passionate and experienced café professional with a strong work ethic and a love for delivering outstanding customer service? Cravings Cafe East Perth is looking for a dynamic Full-Time Cafe Manager to join our team and help us provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage our café team to deliver high-quality service
  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth service and excellent standards
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service
  • Manage stock, inventory, and ordering to ensure the café runs efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

About You:

  • Proven experience as a café manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • must have barista experience and latte art
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to confidently lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing top-tier customer service and an outstanding café experience
  • Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
