**About The Role**

The San Churro Karrinyup team is seeking a team member that is a hard-working, highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic individual seeking a challenging and rewarding position in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a Assistant Manager.

As a Asst.Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Chocolateria.
- Assisting and guiding Duty Managers
- Make sure store is always complaint.
- You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring staff whilst ensuring compliance with all OHS & San Churro product standards.
- Handling all operation queries and assisting team achieving targets, train managers and crew.
- Maintaining healthy store culture.
- Ongoing training & career development.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in managing cafe and to deal with more than 40 crew and Duty managers.
- Achieving target and working closely with Operation Team.
- Strong barista skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Flexible availability including late nights and weekend work
- A positive attitude

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
