Red Chair Cafe, located in Subiaco, is a decade old business known for it's consistently delicious and exceptionally high-quality food. For the past ten years, we have been awarded as one of the most popular Cafe serving the finest Vietnamese and Malaysian dishes in Perth in various print and digital media. We offer a limited & unique menu that our customers love, making our operations very easy and straightforward. We are a very busy restaurant/cafe business and are always looking for energetic and dedicated people to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Barista and Front of House Duties
  • Assist in Kitchen duties as needed
  • Assist in managing stock by keeping track of stock & supplies
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints & queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting regular cleaning and maintenance checks of your designated area.
  • Reporting to management on the day to day, customer feedback and any issues with the customers.

The right person will:

  • Have a positive, professional can-do attitude at all times
  • Be friendly, humble and always customer focused
  • At least 1 year cafe/barista experience is preferred
