Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and empathy
  • Managing appointments and patient records accurately
  • Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a medical receptionist in general practice
  • Best Practice software experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
