As we continue to grow and expand our influence in Australia, we're on the lookout for a Store Manager at our BRAND NEW Rhodes store.

Through A Cup, A Bite & A Moment, we create spaces where people can pause, enjoy, and feel restored are looking for enthusiastic team members who share our love for coffee, people, and good vibes.

Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our café team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional customer experiences, and cultivate a positive, balanced workplace culture. You'll take charge in leading & inspiring your team to deliver the high standards and thoughtful hospitality that define A3 Coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team
  • Manage rosters, staff performance and daily store operations
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures and health & safety requirements
  • Provide ongoing coaching to ensure your team is aligned with brand standards and expectations
  • Handle inventory and supplier coordination
  • Monitor & maintain sales targets and drive profitability
  • Recruit & support and new team members

The ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous management experience in a café, hospitality, or F&B environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Ability to maintain composure and balance in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, mindful and solution-focused approach to team management
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
