Job Description
We're seeking enthusiastic
Casual Kitchen Attendants
to join our busy kitchen team at
Oaks Cairns Hotel.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in supporting food service operations, and wants to be part of a friendly hospitality team in the Hunter Valley.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and ensure correct stock rotation
  • Support chefs and kitchen team during service times
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Hourly Rates (excluding super):

  • Monday - Friday: $ 31.19
  • Saturday: $ 37.43
  • Sunday: $ 43.66

Qualifications
What we're looking for:

  • Previous kitchen or hospitality experience an advantage but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across a roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
