Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with delivery and product teams to co-design and roll out practical change interventions across program streams.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business units, support functions, and customer service channels.
  • Develop the overarching change management strategy and approach, tailored to the complexity of a multi-brand customer migration.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to embed change thinking into planning, design, and business case development.
  • Lead the setup and scaling of a capable change team, including onboarding and mentoring change resources throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of people, process and technology changes across key customer and product areas.
  • Actively support risk mitigation and business readiness planning to protect customer outcomes during rollout.
What You'll Bring:
  • Deep experience in leading major change programs - ideally within financial services or similar regulated environments.
  • 15 years of experience within change management
  • Demonstrated background in large-scale customer migrations, M&A integrations, or organisation-wide restructures.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where structure is still evolving.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive sponsors.
  • Experience leading change delivery in a matrixed or federated environment with multiple interdependencies.
  • A practical, outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
  • Strong capability in building trust-based relationships and coaching delivery partners through change.
  • Willingness to work onsite 3-4 days per week during key engagement and planning phases.
