Create impact as a Change Lead.

Your role

This role is responsible for designing and embedding change across the Intermediated Insurance Australia business in alignment with strategic priorities, ensuring change is effectively adopted, consistently managed, and delivers maximum value. Acting as a key partner to IIA's Program Delivery Team, you'll drive the successful implementation of multiple concurrent and sequential changes, ensuring adherence to IIA change practices and frameworks. You'll monitor change health, manage risks and develop mitigation strategies, while delivering training and support resources that enable smooth adoption and sustained business benefits.

This is a 12-month maxt- term role, open to candidates in Australia. 
  

About You

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering digital transformational change within a complex business environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering change related training and embedment materials.
  • Ability to manage risks and issues effectively coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge and experience of agile delivery principles (SAFe and Scrum).
