Are you a master of logistics with a passion for purpose-driven events? Mater Foundation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our major community fundraising campaigns and events.

About the Role

As Campaign Operations Manager, you'll be working on iconic events like the Smiddy Challenge, Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle for Cancer, and the International Women's Day Fun Run. You'll ensure every detail—from permits to participant experience—is executed to the highest standard, creating safe, seamless, and unforgettable moments for our supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event logistics, including planning, budgeting, and onsite delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to bring campaigns to life

  • Manage inventory, event kits, and equipment readiness

  • Ensure compliance with safety and fundraising standards

  • Evaluate events and implement continuous improvements

  • Represent Mater Foundation at community activations and third-party events

Who You Are

  • Experienced in event coordination or management, ideally in sport, community, or fundraising

  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g. ) and CRM systems

  • A confident communicator and relationship builder

  • Budget-savvy with a knack for negotiation

  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible to travel and work weekends as needed

  • Tertiary qualification in Event or Sport Management is desirable.
