Panettiere Developments is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Sales Agent to join our in-house team, based in the brand-new ORO Newstead display suite. This is a rare opportunity to represent a multi-use residential development project that blends European design sophistication with Brisbane's vibrant inner-city lifestyle.

About the Role

  • Engage directly with prospective buyers visiting our display suite
  • Present and sell luxury off-the-plan residences ranging from 1–5 bedrooms
  • Build and nurture client relationships from enquiry through to settlement
  • Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up communications

About You

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a professional and polished approach
  • Proven success in property or project sales (off-the-plan experience preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on achieving results
  • Passion for architecture, design, and luxury residential developments
