We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Projects team. We specialise in selling house and land packages as well as selling townhouse and apartment projects off the plan. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The role requires a strong focus on following established procedures while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work autonomously. You will be required to have exceptional communication skills and give 5 star service to all of our clients. You MUST be a people Person.

You will work closely with existing team members, providing them support and liaising on a daily basis to ensure the smooth coordination of tasks and projects. While this position is within the Real Estate industry, previous real estate experience is not essential. However, experience in House and Land or off the plan property will be considered highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process from unconditional contract stage through to property handover
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on land registration and provide clients with timely updates
  • Monitor construction commencement and progress, keeping clients informed throughout each stage
  • Update our trackers and CRM to reflect current project status
  • Introduce clients to their Property Manager
  • Coordinate defect inspections
  • Schedule and manage handover appointments

About you:

  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • House and Land or Off the plan experience preferred yet not necessary
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused
  • Amazing communication skills
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
