About the role

Unique Auto Service is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our team in Traralgon. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and supporting all operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming phone calls, emails and greeting customers in person in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with inquiries, service bookings and repairs of vehicles
  3. Maintaining accurate customer records and systems
  4. Providing administrative support to our workshop technicians
  5. Process parts orders and maintain stock
  6. Closing work orders and invoicing completed vehicles
  7. Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  8. Maintain a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration role in a professional environment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  2. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in using standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. A pleasant, professional and friendly manner
  5. A thoughtful, kindhearted, honest individual with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the business
  6. Automotive specific experience (not essential)
