We proudly provide SIL accommodation across Pakenham, Officer, and surrounding areas, tailored to each individual's goals and daily living needs. Our team thrives in a collaborative and inclusive environment, where innovation and person centred care go hand in hand. We are dedicated to creating impactful outcomes and building lasting relationships across the community. We also collaborate with Ideal Care, RVP Care, D&B Care, D&B Accountants, and other subsidiary companies within the group.

About the Role

Are you a growth-oriented and creative professional with a strong background in business development within the NDIS sector? We're looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. You will have a proven track record in managing business growth, acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference, full of creative ideas, and thrive in a results-oriented environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business leads within the NDIS space.
  • Successfully convert marketing leads into clients.
  • Develop and propose creative strategies to expand market share and increase the client base.
  • Identify and bring in new clients for SIL (Supported Independent Living) accommodation.
  • Fostering strong, long-term connections with participants, families, Support Coordinators, and referral networks.
  • Conducting analysis of market trends and identifying areas for growth opportunities.
  • Creating partnerships with local health professionals, hospitals, childcare providers, schools, and other community groups etc.
  • Leading outreach activities such as networking events, community presentations, and partnership meetings.
  • Coordinate, manage, and support the internal marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies and achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal support teams, including RVP, Ideal Care, D&B Care, D&B Accountants, and other subsidiary groups, to ensure aligned and coordinated service delivery.
  • Tracking business performance metrics and contributing to strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in NDIS policies, compliance requirements, and funding options.
  • Exploring and implementing AI-driven marketing and sales strategies to enhance outreach and client acquisition.
  • Encouraging and supporting staff members to develop marketing and sales skills.
  • Performing any other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers and directors.

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a business development role within the NDIS, disability, or mental health support sectors.
  • A solid grasp of NDIS operations, funding categories, and service delivery models.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to growing client networks.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Previous experience as a local area coordinator or support coordinator would be an added advantage.
