We proudly represent Chadstone Ford, Chadstone Hyundai, Carbuy, Chery Chadstone, Omoda Jaecoo Chadstone, Chadstone LDV and Chadstone Renault dealerships. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced receptionist to join our dynamic team at the Hyundai dealership on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to uphold our company's commitment to excellence.
  • Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls and directing visitors.
  • Assist the service department by handling service bookings, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers.
  • Support the team by addressing service-related inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members when needed.
  • Coordinate mail, couriers, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable handling a variety of tasks, including assisting with service-related calls and bookings.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
