This is a rare opportunity to take the lead at Alchemy Bar & Restaurant, one of Launceston's most popular hospitality destinations and part of the Norton Hospitality Group.

Alchemy is known for its buzzing dining room, creative cocktails, and live entertainment, a place where locals and visitors alike come together. We're now looking for a dynamic Venue Manager to guide our team and continue building on the venue's reputation.

If you're an exceptional leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back, this could be the role for you.

What you'll bring:

  • Organisation and focus to manage day-to-day operations smoothly
  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Integrity, accountability, and a passion for great service
  • Solid knowledge of licensing, compliance, and WH&S requirements
  • Strong system skills in POS (H&L preferred) and MS Office
