
Training & Workforce Coordinator – Hospitality

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and developing high-performing individuals? We seek a dynamic and experienced Training & Workforce Coordinator to join our business operating Quick service Restaurants in the top half of Tasmania.
In this vital role, you'll train and develop key Restaurant staff, support and lead recruitment efforts, and oversee staff rosters and labour budgets across our restaurants. Your leadership and organisational skills will ensure our restaurant managers recruit and select balanced teams to meet operational and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and support to key restaurant management team members.
- Assist restaurant managers in hiring quality team members.
- Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding and training processes.
- Coordinate and oversee staff rosters to ensure efficient shift coverage
- Manage and monitor labour budgets across multiple restaurants.
- Work closely with restaurant leadership to identify staffing needs and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies, safety standards, and franchise requirements.
- 1-1 Hands-on training and retraining in restaurants.
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate, positive, self-motivated, happy, experienced team leader.
- Proven experience in hospitality training and/or management.
- Strong understanding of rostering and labour cost control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across multiple venues and adapt to a fast-paced environment
