The Role
We're on the lookout for a hands-on and motivated Duty Manager to join our leadership team. You'll be the go-to person on shift running the bar, supporting staff, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love delivering outstanding customer service, and want to be part of one of Launceston's most exciting bar teams, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading shifts and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Motivating, training, and supporting bar staff.
- Delivering top-notch customer service and building strong guest relationships.
- Handling cash, stock control, and end-of-night procedures.
- Upholding venue standards in service, safety, and presentation.
About You
- Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience (Duty Manager, Supervisor, or similar).
- Strong communication and people skills — you know how to lead a team.
- Passion for bars, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and upbeat under pressure.
- Current RSA
