About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and organised Senior Scheduler to become an integral part of our Administration & Operational Support Team. This vital role will be responsible for managing the scheduling and dispatching of Planned, Corrective and Reactive works to our Service Technicians, and serving as their primary point of contact.
Position is full-time role, based out of our Chipping Norton Office, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 3.30pm.
Position is available for immediate start, service coordination/scheduling experience essential. You need to have a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and a commitment to reliability.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the State Operational Team with the below, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Scheduling and Coordination of PM, RM & CM's
- Creating Customer Orders/Jobs
- Ensuring Maintenance schedules meet Business & Client KPI's
- Dispatching Technicians
- Creating of Supplier Purchase Orders
- Following up of Suppliers for Close Out of Invoices for End of Month
- Providing assistance to your dedicated Operations Team/s and Managers
About You:
- 7yrs+ Scheduling/Coordination experience in a Trade Industry
- Experience in the Fire Industry preferable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate confidently
- Work in a Team Environment as well as autonomously
- Energetic with a willingness to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient Microsoft skills
