Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Master Scheduler to join our team for the Global ERP Transformation Program (Ignite ERP). The Master Scheduler will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and overseeing an integrated program-wide schedule. This role ensures alignment of project timelines, interdependencies, and milestones across multiple deployment waves, supporting the smooth execution of activities while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The Master Scheduler will coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure real-time visibility into the program's progress and drive efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex MS Project schedules into highly engaging visual charts and dashboards to facilitate executive reporting and stakeholder engagement using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the schedule by advancing activities, reducing bottlenecks, and mitigating potential project slippage.
  • Drive program-level meetings with senior leadership to maintain accountability to the schedule, track progress, and derive actionable steps for timely program delivery.
  • Support the PMO Project Financial and Forecasting services by integrating scheduling data with financial tools such as Excel, Oracle PPM Cloud, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan to enhance project financial forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Track, report, and forecast resource utilization and work allocation derived from the master schedule to ensure efficient workforce planning and cost management.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed, integrated master schedule that captures all tasks, activities, and dependencies across program workstreams, ensuring accurate tracking and visibility.
  • Ensure the project schedule aligns with program objectives, critical milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive timely execution.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies between workstreams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and adherence to schedule commitments.
  • Support the deployment process by ensuring readiness across project phases, tracking go-live timelines, and coordinating cutover plans to minimize disruption.
  • Monitor project schedules, track progress against key milestones, and proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and potential delays, ensuring program continuity.
  • Work closely with project managers, deployment leads, and functional workstream owners to gather schedule updates, align expectations, and drive schedule adherence.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools, with extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream project schedules in an ERP transformation environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, business process owners, and technical teams.
  • Deep expertise in scheduling methodologies (e.g., Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management) and their application in ERP transformation programs.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project schedules, baseline tracking, and change control management.
  • Proficiency in integrating scheduling tools with JIRA, JAMA, and other program management platforms to provide a holistic view of project progress, dependencies, and risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in scheduling ERP transformations, preferably in global enterprises.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP deployment planning.
  • PMP, PMI-SP, or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with compliance-driven scheduling (e.g., SOX, ISO13485).
