What this opportunity involves:

As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll provide oversight and continuous improvement of our integrated facilities and business support services to our valued superannuation client - Australian Super

Seek best practice through our multi-function service delivery and manage the overall service outcomes, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met throughout the term of our contract.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Manage & oversee site services (Soft & Hard) as part of the scope delivered.

  • Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors' works)

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied with

  • Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed

  • Engage with all guests, employees, and key stakeholders.

  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations

  • Lead the development and implementation of all internal communication strategies in collaboration with client's leadership with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement.

  • Ensure the monthly performance report is generated to meet SLA standards.

  • Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
