Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Agile / Project Manager
to lead end-to-end project delivery while driving collaboration, efficiency, and innovation across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Agile practices, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to delivery.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track progress using project management tools and provide regular status updates.
Agile Leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Promote Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban across the organization.
- Remove blockers and improve team workflows for delivery efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement practices based on team feedback.
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable project tasks.
- Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions throughout project phases.
- Prepare reports and present insights to senior management or stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage timelines, risks, and budgets effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
- Experience working with engineering/software development teams.
- Familiarity with Jira workflows and Agile reporting metrics.
- Knowledge of change management principles or Lean practices.
