About the Role

We are seeking an Agile / Project Manager based in Australia to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects efficiently using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience in Agile frameworks, and the ability to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and delivery.
  • Support backlog management, user story refinement, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and project management best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in change management or process improvement initiatives.
