Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Agile / Project Manager
to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of projects through structured planning and agile methodologies. This role blends traditional project management discipline with modern agile practices, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across assigned initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Remove obstacles and improve team efficiency through coaching and process optimisation.
- Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and project governance.
- Drive continuous improvement and support the adoption of Agile best practices across the organisation.
- Communicate updates and risks clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience managing projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as
Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)

PMP
. - Experience working with technology, digital transformation, or software delivery teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, agile scaling frameworks, or product lifecycle processes.
- Prior leadership or coaching experience within agile teams.
