Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Bilue Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Bilue is a digital consultancy that designs and builds smart, user-friendly technology for some of Australia's most well-known businesses. From mobile apps to beautifully designed web platforms and digital experiences, we create solutions that drive impact and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Our culture is people-first and purpose-driven. We're a down-to-earth, values-led team with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and a growing presence in Manila. We genuinely enjoy working together, whether we're solving tough tech problems, brainstorming creative solutions, or grabbing a coffee between meetings. Curiosity is encouraged. Collaboration is second nature.

We value excellence, not ego, and back each other to do great work without micromanagement. With low politics and high trust, it's a place where delivery people, designers, and engineers genuinely connect, and where everyone has a voice, space to grow, and a little fun along the way.

Job Description

As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager at Bilue, you'll be at the heart of driving impactful digital projects that shape our future. In this dynamic role, you'll orchestrate seamless project delivery, energise agile processes, and cultivate alignment across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where balancing people, process, and performance is key. You'll be the catalyst for maintaining momentum, building strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional outcomes.

You'll also be responsible for overseeing delivery across complex applications with multiple integrations, managing both local and offshore development teams, and navigating hybrid delivery models that combine agile, Kanban, and traditional project management approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile Delivery:
Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and backlog refinement to keep teams focused and delivering value.
  • Own Project Execution:
Drive end-to-end delivery across complex applications with multiple integrations.
  • Manage Risks & Progress:
Monitor milestones, team velocity, and proactively remove blockers to keep things on track.
  • Oversee QA & Releases:
Coordinate UAT, support QA, and manage deployment readiness for smooth go-lives.
  • Turn Strategy into Action:
Work with stakeholders to shape and deliver roadmaps using agile, Kanban, and waterfall approaches.
  • Communicate with Impact:
Keep the ELT and key stakeholders informed with clear updates and solution-focused insights.
  • Maintain Governance:
Uphold strong delivery frameworks and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Report Smartly:
Provide concise, actionable reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations.
  • Manage Distributed Teams:
Lead local and offshore teams, drive ownership, and ensure strong Jira hygiene.
  • Champion Culture & Growth:
Support collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

About you

You're an experienced Agile Delivery Manager who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You balance a people-first mindset with a strong focus on outcomes, guiding teams to deliver high-quality work on time. You're a confident facilitator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who brings structure without stifling momentum.

  • 6+ years of digital project delivery experience, ideally in a consultancy.
  • Proven Scrum Master expertise with strong agile facilitation skills.
  • Confident juggling multiple priorities while keeping teams aligned.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Skilled at running sprint ceremonies and driving team engagement.
  • Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence to track and communicate progress.
  • Clear, confident communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Proactive mindset with a knack for unblocking issues and maintaining momentum.
  • Solid understanding of mobile development, UAT, and release processes.
