The Agile / Project Manager drives the successful delivery of projects by applying agile principles, fostering collaboration, and ensuring business objectives are met efficiently across the Australian market. This role combines leadership, organization, and adaptability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead projects through all stages — from planning to delivery — using agile methodologies


• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress reviews


• Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and stakeholder expectations


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and transparency


• Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies


• Measure team performance and optimize workflows for continuous improvement


• Communicate updates and outcomes effectively to senior management and key stakeholders


• Ensure all project activities comply with Australian standards and company policies

Requirements


• Proven experience in agile project management or related leadership roles


• Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines


• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project)


• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master preferred
