Agile / Project Manager
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage
    end-to-end project delivery
    using Agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Facilitate
    Scrum ceremonies
    including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
    timely delivery of project milestones
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and
    resource allocation
  • Track progress using
    KPIs, project dashboards, and Agile tools
    (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Identify risks and implement
    mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project updates and outcomes to
    stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Ensure alignment between
    business objectives and project outcomes
  • Promote a culture of
    continuous improvement and collaboration
    within teams
  • Coach team members on Agile practices and support
    process optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business, IT, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile frameworks
    (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Experience managing projects with
    Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership, and organizational
    skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
    coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Strong
    problem-solving and risk management
    abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as
    Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or PMP
  • Experience in
    software development or digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity with
    change management and process improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of budget management and resource planning
  • Prior experience coaching teams in
    Agile practices
