Medical Receptionist – Victoria Tower Medical

Victoria Tower Medical is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Receptionists to join our friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

We are looking for three team members for permanent part-time or full-time roles.

Monday to Friday – Rotating roster:

  • 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
  • 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

    Weekend shifts may also be available as part of the rotating roster.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, doctors, and allied health professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality reception services, managing a busy front desk, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.

You will:

  • Provide warm, professional, and efficient reception services.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls, bookings, and patient inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support doctors and clinical staff with administrative duties.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of service.
