The Role
The role of the Customer Service Officer is responsible for keeping track of customer journeys once they have placed an order with the company. Responsible for efficient management of the customer life cycle to meet company's objectives of profitability, customer success and stakeholder experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Answering customer questions in a timely manner through a variety of means, such as online chats, email, or phone calls. When a customer contacts a company, customer service officers are usually their first point of contact. They answer any questions the customer may have and then redirect them to the appropriate team or department.
- Booking and managing the appointment schedule of the sales team.
- Manage and maintain an effective customer relationship management system to foster customer loyalty.
- Oversee the day to day customer operations to ensure delightful customer experience at all stages of the customer engagement.
- Assist in establishing coordination with the internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
- Provide marketing and sales support as needed.
- Ensuring the customer experience strategies are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals and outcomes.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Engagement/Service or at least three (3) years.
- High degree of empathy and listening skills
- Experience in the window furnishing industry is desirable
- Experience in working in a collaborative and team environment
- Experience in working in a dynamic and high-volume environment that demands agility, flexibility, accuracy and of course, speed.
