About the Role:

Multiple casual customer service positions available within 3 BlueFit sites in the Camden region -

  • Mt Annan Leisure Centre
  • Oran Park Leisure Centre
  • Camden War Memorial Pool

The Customer Service position at BlueFit would suit someone with experience in customer-facing and/or call centre environments, as well as previous exposure to working with children or the fitness industry.

In this role you will be assisting with:

  • Welcoming new and existing members
  • Responding to customer queries by phone or in person
  • Membership and program lead management
  • Swim School enrolments, class moves, and managing outstanding payments
  • Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Maintaining a high accuracy rate on all phone calls and email enquiries, ensuring outlined KPIs are met.
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly manner with all customer interactions

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
