Customer service Officer

The Opportunity:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 5:06 pm
• Effectively manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment and continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualities:

• Customer Service Experience: You are confident on the phone and skilled at handling customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Clear Communication Skills: You demonstrate excellent email and phone etiquette, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers.
• Computer Literate: Comfortable using basic computer applications, including MS Office suite, for accurate record-keeping and communication.
• Moderate Conflict Resolution Experience: Able to manage and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Good Time Management Skills: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a busy environment.
• Transport Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with the transport industry would be beneficial but not required.
