
Broker Engagement Specialist

A key role exists for a professional who can build and maintain effective relationships with commercial asset finance brokers across a designated state or territory.
- This position is responsible for driving broker engagement and increasing Plenti's share of wallet within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strengthening relationships with active commercial asset finance brokers to increase utilisation and origination volumes.
- Implementing targeted strategies to maximise Plenti's share of wallet within the broker portfolio.
- Working in conjunction with the Business Development Manager to identify and onboard high-potential brokers.
- Managing deal pipelines to ensure brokers receive best-in-class service and transactions progress smoothly through to settlement.
- Engaging with internal teams to support brokers, resolve issues, and enhance the overall broker experience.
We are seeking a professional with:
- 1+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers.
- A strong understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel.
- Demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and driving lending volume.
- A proven ability to increase broker utilisation, share of wallet, and generate new business.
- The ability to engage, influence, and support brokers to maximise business potential.
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimise sales performance.
