With our sustainable concepts and experience gained from decades of project work, we shape the future of transportation, connect continents, and promote environmental stewardship.We are currently seeking anOperations SMEwith extensive High-Speed experience in Australia.Responsibilities:Lead the high-speed railway operations planning and optimization of strategic frameworks, masterplans, and roadmaps for the project.Provide expert analysis and strategic recommendations for transportation and logistics planning, design, and operational readiness for several projects on a country-wide level.Support clients and project stakeholders with market analysis, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making for transportation and logistics topics.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, operations, and PMO, ensuring integrated and effective delivery; and present analysis, progress, and recommendations in regular meetings.Identify risks and opportunities in high-speed rail operations and lead mitigation and adaptation strategies in support of project objectives.Ensure all strategies are compliant with regional regulations and global standards.Qualifications:Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline15 years relevant experience in railway operations, preferably high-speed rail operations >250km/h.Expert level Experience in high-speed railway operations in service implementation, crewing, station management, response during incidents, degraded running, and service recoveryOperating control center (OCC) operationsUnderground high-speed railway operations that may include infrequent surface access in extensive tunnelsOperating standards, interoperability, minimum operating requirementsOperational safety, preferably in high-speed railways, including detailed hazardDevelopment and management of a safety licensing strategy and roadmap for high speed rail systemsInternational experience preferrableExtensive knowledge of global best practices in transportation and logistics management, with a successful record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.Very high command of English ProiciencyWillingness to move to Sydney.
