We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, logistics, and other departments to align operational strategies.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, data analysis, and process optimization tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
