Operations Manager – Australia

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of organizational goals. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills who can manage teams and processes effectively across Australia.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency


• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures


• Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and operational metrics


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization


• Lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve performance objectives


• Coordinate with other managers to align operational goals with overall business strategy


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies


• Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on operational performance


• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field


• 3–7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role


• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Proficiency in operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
