We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the division. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimising business processes, ensuring compliance with organisational standards, and driving operational efficiency to support long-term growth and strategy objectives.

To succeed in this position, you will bring exceptional leadership and communication skills, relevant industry experience, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex organisations, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a comparable management role will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations in alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.
• Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee resource allocation, financial planning, and budget management within operational functions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve division and organisational goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and mitigate operational risks.
