The Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Evie's core business systems. You will help scale the business and improve operational efficiency by configuring systems, building integrations, and working with business teams to reduce manual effort.

What You'll Do

  • System Configuration & Integration:
    Configure and maintain core platforms to support business processes. Build integrations to connect systems, reduce duplicate data entry, and automate workflows.
  • System Reliability & Security:
    Help ensure system uptime and performance. Manage user permissions, access rights, and security protocols across platforms.
  • Business Improvement:
    Partner with various teams to understand their process pain points and translate their needs into effective system solutions.
  • Solution Development:
    Create reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

A growth-oriented professional who can handle core system administration while building

capability in integrations and business analysis. You don't need to be expert in everything—we value foundational technical skills, problem-solving ability, and appetite to grow.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in business systems, IT support, or analyst roles.
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or high-growth environments (advantageous)
  • Salesforce Administrator or NetSuite certification is beneficial, but not required.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP systems, or a strong desire to learn them.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Jira Service Management (preferred).
  • An understanding of APIs and system integrations, or the willingness to learn.
  • SQL skills or readiness to develop data querying capability.
